Make Payments the Easy Way
We accept online and cash payments through PayLease! You will need to register online to use this service. PayLease accepts cash payments at many local stores including Walmart and Kmart.
Once you are registered you will be emailed a monthly statement outlining all charges on your account.
This service is free of charge when using your bank account. Credit cards and in store cash payments will be charged a fee.

How can I update my contact information?
Please click the button at the top of this page or click here and complete the form. Maintaining current contact information is required by your lease.
What should I do if I cannot pay my rent on time?
Email email@example.com or call (302) 689-3555 to make arrangements. Failure to make arrangements for late payments may result in late fees and/or eviction however if you communicate with use early it can usually be avoided. How can my friends and family rent a property?

What do I need to do to move out of a property?
Please provide us with notice in accordance with the Delaware Landlord Tenant Code (typically around 60 days). We will then setup a time to inspect the property so we can discuss your security deposit.
When is my rent due?
Rent for our residential properties must be received no later than the 1st of each month. Storage unit rent due dates vary. Late rent may be subject to a late fee.
Where should I mail my rent?
Information about the PayLease program is above. Registration is required to participate.
Can someone pick up my rent?
No, we require rent to be paid online or at a cash pay location.
How can I request a repair?
Click here to submit a repair request. Your request will immediately go to the on call property manager. A written request should also be submitted in accordance with the Delaware Landlord Tenant Code.
